here are the ranking of cholesterol level in meat (lowest to highest):
1. goat - make sure the meat are from young goat (2 years old and lower) - org melayu dpt high blood pasal makan kambing kampung aqiqah - more than 2 years, kolestrol dah naik!!!
2. chicken
3. beef @cow
4. lamb @sheep
5. pork
...so think 1st before you take the amount of meat!
